Why enke?

We are dedicated to building the capacity of young people, firing their desire to shape the future of their world and giving them the skills and opportunities to make positive change happen.

Vision:
To see young people connected across socio-economic and cultural barriers, working together as a new generation of leaders for positive change in Africa.

Mission
Through a comprehensive youth leadership initiative, enke aims to:

1. connect youth across socioeconomic and cultural barriers,
2. equip them with the tools for success and
3. inspire them to take action in their community.

Through programs targeted to high school and university students, we give young people access to extensive training and support, with the goal of helping young South Africans become the drivers of change in their community and the world.
