The enke: Youth Award develops the personal leadership skills of Grade 11 learners using an action-based, learner-driven curriculum. enke empowers participants to harness their potential and challenges them to inspire and empower others in their own community to do the same. An enke delegate leaves the program inspired with a new found confidence and skills to take hold of opportunities which they previously saw as inaccessible to someone like them.

Leadership Scheme has been created to develop the strategic thinking of our participants using an action-based, learner-driven curriculum. Ingenuity and resourcefulness are promoted by challenging university-level participants to execute short to medium term income generating initiatives. enke empowers participants to harness their entrepreneurial potential while creating practical opportunities which assist and inspire others in their own community to do the same.
